It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of George “James” Hunter, loving husband of Beverly Gale, which occurred on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, he was a son of the late George and Ida (Toner) Hunter and husband of his first wife, the late Helen “Penny” Lang.
James was an avid collector of old cars and was a member of the Fundy Regional NBAAC. He was also a member of the St. Andrew’s Society. He loved bowling and won many trophies in his playing time. One of his biggest passions in life was woodworking and building homes.
